Holiday Mashed Potatoes
Holiday Mashed Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. peeled, cooked hot potatoes, 8 oz. cream cheese, 1/4 c. butter or margarine, 1/2 c. sour cream and 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
In large mixing bowl, mash hot potatoes.
When all lumps are removed, add cream cheese in small pieces and then butter.
Beat well until cheese and butter are both melted and well mixed.
Mix in sour cream.
To the milk, add eggs and onions.
Add to the potato mixture along with the salt and pepper.
Beat well until fluffy.
Place in a greased casserole dish and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes until lightly browned.
Makes 8 to 12 servings.
