Grilled Parmesan Tomatoes
Grilled Parmesan Tomatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 2 medium tomatoes, sliced in half lengthwise, 2 tbsp. parsley, minced, 1/8 tsp. black pepper and 2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Heat broiler.
Spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange tomato halves on baking sheet.
Sprinkle parsley and pepper over tomatoes.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top.
Broil 5 inches from heat for approximately 3 minutes or until golden brown.
Serves 4 (1/2 tomato per serving).
