Ginger Sausage Balls
Ginger Sausage Balls is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. pork sausage, 1 clove garlic, finely minced, 1 tbsp. grated fresh or candied ginger, 3 eggs, separated and oil (for frying), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Combine meat, garlic, ginger and the egg yolks.
Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into the meat mixture.
Heat oil in a large, heavy saucepan.
Drop meat by teaspoonfuls into the oil a few at a time, frying about 5 minutes until cooked through.
Drain on paper towels.
Serve hot.
