Garlic Potatoes
Garlic Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. red potatoes, 1 garlic clove, 1/2 c. low-fat milk, 1 tsp. salt and 1 tbsp. chopped parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

About 30 minutes before serving, cut unpeeled potatoes into 1 1/2-inch chunks.
Peel garlic clove and cut lengthwise in half. In 3-quart saucepan over high heat, heat potatoes, garlic and enough water to cover to boiling.
Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 10 minutes or until potatoes are very tender.
Drain. Return potatoes and garlic to saucepan. With potato masher, mash potatoes and garlic with milk and salt until smooth.
Stir in chopped parsley.
Heat through.
Makes 4 servings.
