Garlic Potato Wedges
Garlic Potato Wedges is an easy dinner. Made with 4 baking potatoes, 1/2 c. melted butter, garlic salt and parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Boil scrubbed potatoes with jackets on until almost done. Remove from water and let cool slightly.
Cut potatoes in half lengthwise, then cut each half into 3 or 4 wedges.
Arrange wedges in a single layer in baking dish.
Pour over melted butter. Sprinkle with garlic salt and Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 400Β° for 40 to 60 minutes, turning occasionally.
They're best when crispy. Preparation time: 25 minutes; cooking time: 1 hour.
