Fresh Rabbit
Fresh Rabbit is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flour, 1 egg, 1 c. milk, 1 medium, sliced onion and cooking fat or oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix egg and milk in a bowl.
Dip rabbit well and then coat rabbit with flour, salt and pepper to taste.
Place rabbit in hot skillet with hot fat or oil.
Sprinkle with onion.
Sprinkle garlic powder on all sides as you are browning rabbit.
After your rabbit has browned good, remove rabbit.
Place in oven dish or pan.
Drain oil from skillet and return skillet to heat.
Place 2 tablespoons of sour cream in skillet and stir until brown, then add mushroom soup to sour cream in skillet; blend good.
Pour mixture over rabbit, coating well.
Cover rabbit and place in hot oven at 325Β° for 1 1/2 hours.
