French Silk Pie
French Silk Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. powdered sugar, 3/4 c. butter (not margarine), 3 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled, 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In small mixer bowl cream sugar and butter about 4 minutes or until fluffy.
Stir in cooled chocolate and vanilla.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating on medium speed of electric mixer after each addition and scraping sides of bowl constantly.
Fill baked pastry shell and chill several hours or overnight.
Whip cream with remaining 1/4 cup powdered sugar and Amaretto until firm. Spread on top of pie.
