Fluffy Sauce
Fluffy Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. mandarin juice, 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice, 2 eggs, separated, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 tsp. mandarin peel, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine mandarin juice, mandarin peel, lemon juice, sugar and beaten egg yolks in a saucepan.
Cook, stirring constantly, over a low flame until thick.
Remove sauce from the burner, let cool a little.
Whip the egg whites until stiff, add salt.
Fold egg whites into the sauce, add vanilla.
Serve over pound cake or fresh fruit.
This sauce can be served warm or cold.
