Fluffy Baked Omelet is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 eggs, separated, 1 tbsp. flour, 1 tbsp. cornstarch, 1 c. milk and 2 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Beat egg yolks; add flour, cornstarch, salt and pepper and beat until smooth.
Add milk gradually, beating constantly.
Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry.
Fold into egg yolk mixture. Melt butter in a heavy 9-inch skillet.
Pour in egg yolk mixture and bake in a moderate oven (350Β°) for 20 minutes.
Fold onto hot platter.
Serve at once.
