Fish Chowder
Fish Chowder is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. haddock, 1/4 lb. salt pork, 1 medium onion, 2 potatoes, diced and 1 qt. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Slice the salt pork and fry until brown.
Remove and discard slices and in fat, brown onion.
In the water in which the fish has been boiled for 5 minutes, pick over and remove any bones. Boil 2 diced potatoes until soft.
Add fish and milk; salt and pepper to taste.
Thicken when hot with 2 tablespoons of flour, moistened in water.
