Preheat oven to 350Β°.

Pour 12 ounces tomato sauce over meat and reserve remainder.

Add cracker, onions, egg, salt and pepper. Combine until uniform.

Pack meat into a large loaf pan.

Pour remaining tomato sauce over the loaf.

Bake for 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until loaf is firm and pulls away from sides of the pan. Remove from oven and allow to cool 10 minutes.

Pour off grease and reserve for gravy.

Pour hot fat in skillet and fry 1 chopped onion.

Add 1/2 teaspoon Season-All and 4 heaping tablespoonfuls flour to skillet.

Pour in enough water to make a medium thick gravy.
