Fettucini Carbonara
Fettucini Carbonara is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. fettucini, 1 lb. maple flavored bacon, 1/2 lb. prosciutto ham, cut in 1-inch sq. (optional), 3 cloves garlic, diced and 2 spanish onions, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Microwave bacon until crisp; keep to the side.
In frying pan, saute onions in olive oil over medium heat.
Add desired seasonings and garlic.
Add Prosciutto and cook to desired level of crispness.
I usually cook for 1/2 hour and then turn down to low heat.
In a separate pan, fry eggs hard.
Remove and chop; add to onion mixture.
In a bowl, mix cream with Parmesan.
Beat until mixture is of milk shake thickness.
