Elsie's Pound Cake
Elsie'S Pound Cake is an moderately easy dinner. In the large bowl of an electric mixer, beat together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
At medium speed beat in eggs, one at a time for 1 minute after each addition.
Beat in flour in 4 additions until blended each time.

Turn into a greased and floured 10-inch angel cake pan.
Bake in a preheated 350Β° oven until a cake tester inserted in the center comes out clean, 1 hour.
