Egg Drop and Onion Soup
Egg Drop And Onion Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 qt. boiled water, 3 tbsp. butter, 1/2 medium onion, diced, 2 c. diced cooked potatoes (optional) and salt to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Saute onions in butter until they are transparent and add to boiled water.
Blend water, egg and flour and drop (by 1/4 teaspoon measure) into boiling water.
Egg Drops will float when they are cooked.
(If you would like potatoes in this soup, you can dice and cook them before adding sauteed onions.)
