Cream of Broccoli Soup
Cream Of Broccoli Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. broccoli, chopped, 1/4 c. onion, chopped, 4 tbsp. butter or margarine, 3 tbsp. flour and 5 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Steam the broccoli until tender. Chop coarsely and set aside. Saute the onion in butter or margarine until soft, but not brown. Add flour and stir until paste-like.
