Cream Cheese Sugar Cookies
Cream Cheese Sugar Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 2 c. all-purpose flour, 2/3 c. sugar and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
In large mixing bowl, combine butter and cream cheese.
Beat with mixer. Add half of the flour, the 2/3 cup sugar, 1 egg, baking powder, vanilla and almond extract. Beat until combined. Beat or stir remaining flour; divide in half. Cover and chill for 1 to 2 hours or until firm. On lightly floured surface, roll 1 portion at a time to 1/4 inch thickness. Using cookie cutters, cut in desired shapes. If desired, decorate before baking. Bake in oven for 8 to 10 minutes at 350Β°. Makes 32 cookies.
