Cream Cheese Fish Rolls
Cream Cheese Fish Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. cream cheese, softened, 1/4 c. mushrooms, 1/4 c. chopped onion, bread crumbs and 1 egg, beaten with 2 tbsp. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Saute onion and mushrooms in butter until tender. Stir together cheese, onion, mushrooms and 2 tablespoons bread crumbs. Between 2 sheets of waxed paper, roll fish thin.
Spread cheese mixture over flattened fish.
Roll and secure with toothpick, if necessary.
If fish is smaller and will not roll, sandwich cheese between 2 pieces of fish.
Dip in beaten egg and coat with bread crumbs. Saute in butter approximately 5 to 10 minutes on each side until fish is done.
