Cow's Tongue
Cow'S Tongue is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 to 3 lb. tongue, 5 to 6 water, 1 tomato, chopped, 1 can peas and 1/2 c. onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Put water to boil with some salt.
When boiling, put in the tongue and cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Take it out and peel off the skin and chop meat into small pieces.
In a skillet, add oil, onion, garlic and tomato.
Saute for 5 minutes, then add meat and peas on top of sauce.
Let cook for 5 to 10 minutes just to make sure meat is done.
