Cinnamon Bread
Cinnamon Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 3/4 to 7 1/4 c. flour, 2 pkg. active dry yeast, 2 c. milk, 1/4 c. sugar and 1/4 c. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
In a large mixer bowl, combine 3 cups of the flour and yeast. In a saucepan, heat milk, 1/4 cup sugar, butter and salt just until warm (115° to 120°) and butter is almost melted.
Stir constantly.
Add to flour mixture; add eggs.
Beat at low speed for 1/2 minute.
Beat 3 minutes on high speed.
Stir in as much remaining flour as you can mix in with a spoon.
Turn out onto a lightly floured surface.
Knead in enough remaining flour to make a moderately stiff dough.
