Chocolate Decadence Cake
Chocolate Decadence Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, 4 oz. unsweetened chocolate, 12 oz. unsalted butter, 1 3/4 c. sugar and 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cut chocolates and butter into small pieces.
Put in a bowl. Mix 1 1/2 cups sugar and the water in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Pour over chocolate and butter.
Stir until melted.
Whip eggs and 1/4 cup sugar in mixer until double in size.
Stir into chocolate mixture until no white streaks appear.
Pour batter into greased paper lined 10-inch cake pan.
Bake at 350Β° on a sheet pan with 1-inch water (as for cheesecake) for 40 to 50 minutes until cake is set.
Cool in refrigerator overnight.
To release cake, dip in hot water and run knife around edge.
Frost with whipped cream and decorate with chocolate curls.
