Chicken Piccata
Chicken Piccata is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 large chicken breasts, skinned and halved, 1/4 c. flour, 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt, 3 tbsp. butter or margarine and 1 c. dry white wine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cut chicken in slices about 1/2-inch wide and 2-inches long. Combine flour and salt.
Dip chicken into flour mixture to coat. In skillet chicken pieces in hot butter or margarine, stirring and turning, until lightly browned, about 2 or 3 minutes.
Add wine, lemon juice, bouillon granules and pepper. Cook mixture thickens slightly and boils. Serve with rice.
Makes 3 or 4 servings.
