Chicken Piccata
Chicken Piccata is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 boneless chicken breasts, halved and skinned, 1/4 c. unsifted flour, 1/8 tsp. garlic powder, 1/4 c. butter or margarine and 1/2 c. boiling water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Beat egg with 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
Combine flour, garlic powder and paprika.
Dip chicken into egg mixture, then into flour mixture.
In a skillet, brown chicken in butter or margarine. Dissolve bouillon cubes in water.
Add bouillon broth and the 2 remaining tablespoons of lemon juice to skillet.
Cover skillet and simmer 30 minutes or until chicken is tender.
