Chicken Marsala
Chicken Marsala is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms, 1/4 c. sliced green onion, 1 tbsp. butter or margarine and 1 c. chicken broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Place each chicken breast between 2 sheets of clear plastic wrap.
Pound with the flat side of a meat mallet to 1/4-inch thickness.
Remove plastic.
In a large skillet cook the mushrooms and green onions in 2 tablespoons of melted butter or margarine until just tender.
Remove from the skillet.
