Chicken Marsala
Chicken Marsala is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 boneless chicken breasts, lemon juice, salt and pepper, 1/2 c. flour and 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Separate chicken breasts into cutlets and sprinkle them with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Set aside.
Saute mushrooms and onion in butter until transparent.
Remove from pan. Dip chicken in flour and saute in melted butter in same pan on each side until golden brown. Add mushrooms and onion mixture and wine. Cover and simmer over low heat 20 to 30 minutes.
Serve with wild rice.
