Chicken Marsala
Chicken Marsala is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 boneless chicken breasts, 1/2 c. bread crumbs, 1/2 c. parmesan cheese, 1/2 tsp. garlic salt and 1 tbsp. parsley flakes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Pound each chicken breast with meat tenderizer several times on each side until somewhat flat.
Mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic salt and parsley flakes in bowl.
Dip each breast in mixture and saute in frying pan, using 4 to 6 tablespoons of butter.
Cook for approximately 40 to 45 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
Remove when brown.
Add 2 tablespoons more of butter to pan as well as mushrooms and wine.
Cook until sauce thickens, then add chicken.
Simmer 5 minutes, then serve.
