Chicken Livers Madeira
Chicken Livers Madeira is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, 1/2 c. madeira wine, 1 c. chicken broth, 1 lb. chicken livers, cut into quarters and 1 tbsp. cornstarch, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a large skillet, heat butter, then saute livers until lightly browned.
Stir in wine.
In small bowl, stir broth into cornstarch; stir mixture into skillet.
