Sprinkle livers with salt and pepper to taste; shake in small amount of flour in a paper bag.
Brown in butter in hot skillet; place in 6 cup casserole.
Saute onion, celery and rice in remaining butter in skillet until lightly brown.
Add chicken broth; stir well and add parsley.
Pour over livers.
Cover and bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
Add salt if needed.
Yields 6 servings.
