Chicken Cordon Bleu
Chicken Cordon Bleu is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 medium whole chicken breasts, skinned, 6 slices swiss cheese, 6 thin slices cold boiled ham, 3 tbsp. flour and 1 tsp. paprika, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Spread breasts flat; fold cheese and ham slices to fit on top. Fold breasts over filling; fasten with toothpicks.
Mix flour and paprika on waxed paper; coat chicken pieces.
Place in covered roasting pan.
Pour over wine and dissolved bouillon mixture. Bake at 350Β° for 1 1/4 hours, turning chicken over after first 30 minutes.
Remove chicken; thicken liquid with mixture of cream and cornstarch.
Serve over top of chicken.
