Chicken Broccoli Vegetables
Chicken Broccoli Vegetables is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. oleo, 4 skinless, boneless chicken (about 1 lb.), 2 c. broccoli normandy or 1 1/2 c. cut-up broccoli and 1/2 c. thinly sliced carrots, 1 c. sliced mushrooms and 1 can cream of broccoli soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In skillet over medium heat in 1 tablespoon hot oleo, cook chicken for 10 minutes or until brown on both sides.
Remove chicken.
In same skillet, add remaining oleo.
Cook broccoli, carrots and mushrooms for 5 minutes, stirring often.
Stir in soup, milk and pepper.
Heat to boiling.
Return chicken to skillet.
Reduce heat to low, simmer 5 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender.
