Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms
Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Select firm white mushrooms with caps that are closed or slightly open around the stem.
Cut ends from mushroom stems; remove from mushrooms and chop finely.
Cook and stir mushroom stems, green onions and garlic in butter over medium heat until tender, about 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients.
Fill mushroom caps with stuffing mixture.
Place filled sides up in greased baking dish.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 15 minutes.
Serve hot.
