Charcoal Broiled Fish Fillet
Charcoal Broiled Fish Fillet is an easy dinner. Made with orange roughy or other favorite fillet (shark, perch, catfish, etc.), dill weed, garlic powder, good quality lemon pepper and paprika, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Place perforated foil on medium hot grill and place fish on one half of it.
To turn, fold other half of foil over and turn quickly with large spatula.
Sprinkle top side of fillet with dill weed and garlic powder.
Cook about 5 minutes and turn.
After 5 minutes more, sprinkle other side with lemon pepper and paprika. Serve with tartar sauce and seasoned brown rice.
