Cauliflower Au Gratin
Cauliflower Au Gratin is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 c. cauliflower, 1/4 c. butter, divided, 1/2 c. diced onion, 1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese and 1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Cook cauliflower 10 minutes in boiling salted water; drain well.
Combine cauliflower with 2 tablespoons butter, onion, cheese, sour cream and salt.
