Butter Rolls
Butter Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. sugar, 1 c. milk, 1 stick margarine, 4 c. flour and 1 pkg. yeast, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine sugar, milk and butter in small pan.
Heat to 125°. In a bowl, combine 1 3/4 cup flour plus yeast and salt.
Add the warm mixture and the eggs.
Mix for 1/2 minute on low and 3 minutes on high.
Add the rest of the flour, mixing thoroughly. (A food processor works well at this point.)
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Divide batter into 2 parts.
Roll each to 1/4-inch thickness on a floured board.
Spread with melted butter. Cut into 16 wedges and roll each into a crescent shape beginning at the wide end.
Place on a greased baking sheet and let rise about 2 hours.
Bake at 375° for 8 to 10 minutes.
