Breaded Tomatoes
Breaded Tomatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs, 1 tbsp. finely chopped green onion, 1 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese, 1 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. italian seasoning, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
In a shallow bowl, combine the bread crumbs, onion, parmesan cheese, salt and Italian seasoning; mix well.
Place milk in another bowl.
Dip tomato slices in milk, then coat with crumb mixture.
In a large skillet, heat oil.
Fry tomatoes slices for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Serves 6.
