Drain and cool.

Stir in water.

Cook over low heat until sauce is clear.

Stir in lemon juice and brandy.

Heat oven to 375Β°. Peel potatoes; slice crosswise, 1/4 to 1/2-inch thick.

Put into buttered shallow baking dish.

Pour on sauce, then bake 30 minutes or until glazed, basting occasionally.

When glazed, sprinkle with miniature marshmallows and broil until golden, if desired.
