Blueberry Meringues
Blueberry Meringues is an easy dinner. Made with 3 egg whites (room temperature), 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar, 1/2 c. sugar and 1 c. fresh blueberries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In an electric mixer bowl, combine egg whites and cream of tartar.
Beat at high seed until egg whites are foamy. Gradually add sugar and continue beating until egg whites are very stiff and glossy, but not dry.
Fold in blueberries.
Line baking sheets with brown paper.
Drop meringue by spoonfuls onto paper about 2 inches apart.
Bake at 275Β° for 40 minutes or until firm but not browned.
Yields about 2 dozen.
