Berry Sauce(Heart Healthy) is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pt. fresh berries (strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, boysenberry) or 16 oz. frozen berries may be used, thawed first (save juices) and 1/2 c. sugar (white, granulated), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Clean and wash berries.
Save a few berries for garnish.
PurΓ©e remainder in blender or food processor.
Strain seeds, if desired.
Place in saucepan over medium-low heat and allow to reduce in volume by half (about 1 hour).
If mixture is still too thin, add a tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 1 teaspoon water to thicken.
