Brown meat in 4 tablespoons butter; remove to casserole.
Brown onions in remaining butter; add to casserole along with curry powder, ginger, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and wine.
Bake covered in slow oven (300Β°) about 3 hours or until meat is tender. Just before serving, combine sour cream and horseradish; stir into meat along with parsley.
Serve on rice.
