Beef Stroganoff
Beef Stroganoff is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. flour, 1/2 tsp. salt, 2 tbsp. butter, 1 lb. ground beef and 1 tbsp. tomato paste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Combine 1 tablespoon flour and salt; dredge meat in mixture. Heat pan.
Add 2 tablespoons butter.
When melted, add beef and brown quickly on all sides.
Add mushrooms, onion and garlic; cook for 3 to 4 minutes, until onion is tender.
Remove meat and mushrooms to platter.
Add 2 tablespoons butter to pan drippings. When melted, blend in 3 tablespoons flour.
Add tomato paste. Slowly pour in cold meat stock.
Cook and stir until thickened. Return browned meat and mushrooms to pan.
Stir in sour cream and sherry; heat briefly.
Serve over rice or noodles.
