Beef Stroganoff
Beef Stroganoff is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. round steak, cut in thin strips (3/4 x 2-inches), 1/4 c. flour, 1 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper and 1/4 c. butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Dredge meat in blended flour, salt and pepper (reserve leftover flour mixture).
Brown meat well in the butter, sprinkle with garlic salt.
Then add onions and mushrooms and cook until tender.
Sprinkle reserved flour mixture over meat and stir. Gradually add bouillon, stirring until bubbly and thickened.
Stir in Worcestershire sauce, catsup and sour cream.
Heat well.
Serve over rice or noodles.
Serves 4.
