Beef Stroganoff
Beef Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced, 1 large onion, chopped, 1/4 c. butter, 2 lb. round steak and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Saute mushrooms and onions in 2 tablespoons butter and remove from pan.
Remove fat and bone from steak.
Cut into strips 2 1/2 inches long and 3/4-inch wide.
Melt 2 tablespoons butter in pan. Toss meat in flour, coating thoroughly.
Brown meat in butter and add salt and bouillon water mixture.
Simmer, stirring occasionally until meat is tender, about 1 1/4 hours.
Add mushrooms, onions and sour cream.
Serve over rice or noodles.
