Slice steak

1-inch strips, 1/4-inch thick.

Heat olive oil in fryer.

Steak, cover and cook over very low flame approximately minutes.

If needed, to keep drying out.

Put steak and mushrooms in casserole. Add butter flour to juices left in fryer, stirring to prevent lumps. Add sour cream and continue stirring, while over low flame, until mixed well.

Add this to meat in casserole. Place insert in 3-quart unit over boiling water and cook minutes.
