Beef Parmigiana
Beef Parmigiana is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. cubed steak (6 pieces), 1/3 c. fine dry bread crumbs, 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese, 1 egg, well beaten and 2 to 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine bread crumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
Dip steak in egg, then in bread crumb mixture.
Brown steak in oil.
Remove from skillet; put in lightly greased baking dish.
Add onion to pan drippings; saute until done.
Add tomato paste, water and spices.
Bring to boil; cook, uncovered, for 5 minutes, then pour mixture over steak.
Cover with foil; bake at 350Β° for 50 minutes. Top with cheese and put back in oven until cheese melts.
