Basic Fish Marinade
Basic Fish Marinade is an easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. olive oil, juice of 1 lemon or lime (about 3 tbsp.), 1 clove garlic, crushed, pepper and finely chopped dill or parsley (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Stir together oil, juice, garlic, pepper and dill or parsley. Brush on both sides of fish steaks or pour over to marinate.
Let sit on fish 30 minutes at room temperature or refrigerate up to 2 hours.
Grill or broil 4 to 5 minutes on each side or bake in a 350 Β°oven for 20 minutes or until fish easily flakes when separated with a fork.
Makes enough for 1 to 1 1/2 pounds of fish.
