Banana Bread(Fat-Free) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. water, 1/3 c. honey, 1 egg or 2 egg whites, 1 1/3 mashed ripe bananas and 1 c. whole wheat flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Preheat oven to 350°.
With electric mixer, blend water and honey.
Beat in egg.
Add banana; blend in.
In another bowl, combine dry ingredients.
Add to banana mixture; stir in walnuts. Pour into greased loaf pan.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool on wire rack 10 minutes, then remove from pan and cool completely.
Yields 1 loaf.
