Baked Stuffed Quahogs
Baked Stuffed Quahogs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 to 2 c. quahogs, chopped and drained (reserve liquor), 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 c. bread crumbs, 1/2 tsp. salt and black pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Saute onions.
Add clams and a little of the reserved liquor. Cook about 5 minutes.
Add bread crumbs.
If too dry, add a little more of the liquor.
Add spices and fill greased clam shells. Blend melted butter and 1/2 cup bread crumbs and sprinkle on top. Garnish with paprika and bake 15 minutes in 400Β° oven or until browned.
Makes 10 single shells.
