Baked Salmon Filets with Fennel and Lemon
Baked Salmon Filets With Fennel And Lemon is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 salmon filets, 1/2 lb each, 1 large fennel bulb, 1/2 lemon sliced thin with rind, several sweet onion rings or sliced leek and 1/2 to 3/4 c maple syrup (don't use imitation), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Rinse salmon and pat dry.
Place in buttered, glass baking dish.
Rinse and slice fennel bulb and place on top of filets. Add lemon slices and onion/leek.
Lightly salt and pepper.

Bake in 350 degree oven approximately 30 minutes.
Test for doneness.
