Au Gratin Potatoes(Spicy)
Au Gratin Potatoes(Spicy) is an impressive dinner. Made with 5 large or 8 small potatoes, 1/4 c. onion or/and onion salt to taste, 1 pinch garlic salt, 1 pinch cajun seasoning and 1 pinch italian seasoning, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Scrub potatoes; leave skins on and slice in fairly thin slices.
Set aside in casserole dish.
Heat Mozzarella and American cheese in saucepan on stove.
When cheese begins to melt, add approximately 1/2 cup milk and stir until cheese is saucy. Add Cheddar and/or any other cheese, more milk and stir (adding more milk if necessary).
Stir in 1/2 stick butter and all seasonings.
Pour cheese sauce (fairly thin consistency) over potatoes and mix well.
Bake at 375Β° for one hour.
