Coat meat with flour.

Turn meat once during cooking.
Add water if sauce is reduced.
Remove meat.

For large amounts, after browning, meat and sauce may be placed in baking dish or pan and cooked, covered, in 350Β° oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
Check to see sauce is not reduced after 20 minutes.
