Appetizer Meatballs
Appetizer Meatballs is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground chuck, 3/4 tsp. salt, 1 tbsp. minced onion, 1 clove garlic, minced and 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In a large bowl, toss first 6 ingredients.
Toss lightly until well blended.
Shape into bite-sized meatballs.
Roll in flour.
Preheat pan to 320Β° or medium-hot.
Add oil.
Add floured meatballs to oil and brown on all sides.
Remove meatballs to paper towel as they brown.
Add remaining ingredients and stir well to bring up bits of browned meat from bottom of pan.
Bring to a boil.
Add meatballs to sauce.
Cover and simmer gently 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve as hot appetizers with toothpicks.
